Neoga has a zoning ordinance that requires building permits for all construction. This includes portable sheds. Please check the zoning ordinance on this website under the City Council tab; Neoga Municipal code, or call the City office. Thank you.
Solicitor Permits
AS OF 7/1/2026 THERE ARE NO ACTIVE/CURRENT SOLICITOR PERMITS FILED WITH THE CITY OF NEOGA. THIS PAGE WILL BE UPDATED AS NEEDED.
Every solicitor must have a permit with the embossed City of Neoga seal that is issued by the city administrator at the Neoga Municipal Building, 533 Chestnut Avenue, Neoga.
Soliciting hours are Monday – Saturday 8:00 – 6:00

Emergency Siren Activation

Emergency sirens will be activated when there are storms in the area with winds reaching 60 mph and above.
